Intratone returns to CIH with key focus on tenant security

Intratone will demonstrate how its access control solutions give tenants greater control of their security at the Chartered Institute of Housing’s (CIH) Conference and Exhibition at Manchester Central from 25th to 27th June.

The access control specialist will have a new-look stand at the exhibition that will reflect its fresh and modern branding and will be explained in a short video. The UK team will be on hand to show how Intratone’s products and technologies bring a greater ease of use for housing associations or facilities managers and their residents.

One of its most popular products is the V4 Video Intercom Panel which was launched at CIH last year. The V4 is aimed at property managers, the design includes a handsfree fob reader that allows residents to open the door when stood within one metre. The panel features a 4G module, invisible pinhole camera, coded keypad with 12 back-lit keys with name scroll, and hands-free proximity reader.

As part of its overall solution for property managers, Intratone’s key cabinet ensures keys to communal areas, lift voids or utility cupboards can be stored securely at all times. The cabinet can be accessed using a mobile phone or a keypad and reminders can be set to alert managers when keys have not been returned by a specified time.

Also, on the stand will be its new intercom panel – an intelligent panel with individual call buttons, making it an ideal solution for smaller properties. The new panel can be installed with up to 56 individual call buttons, and features LCD digital name screens that can be created, changed or deleted by the property manager remotely in real-time.

Victor D’Allancé, UK Country Manager at Intratone says CIH will give visitors a chance to see more of its range of products including its Video and DDA Panels, proximity readers, and cloud-based management system: “Our stand will showcase our range of products that address some of the issues that property managers face when trying to address the access control requirements of their tenants.”

Intratone is also sponsoring the Best Maintenance Team category at the 2019 Housing Heroes Awards being held on June 24th at Manchester Central.
