The Heritage Experience …

The Heritage Experience …

Owners of 1930s style properties will often tell you how they were attracted by the feeling of light and space and of course the traditional windows. Such period features are wonderful, however there is often a price to pay in the form of draughts, condensation and high energy bills.

When considering replacements, many are put off by the high cost of replacement steel windows or the loss of aesthetic that tends to result from specifying uPVC.

What is needed is a slimline modern alternative that is both cost-effective and energy efficient?

Original steel windows delicately removed so as not to damage existing timber subframes which are to be reused

Best of Both Worlds

The Heritage Window Company supply and install aluminium windows which deliver all the benefits of modern double glazing without compromising those all important period features.

The Conservation Range, which was designed to mimic traditional steel windows, is the slimmest “A” Rated aluminium window available, suitable for both renovation and new build projects.

New double glazed sealed units are inserted into the outer frame and fixed in place

Available in over 200 colours and cleverly designed to fit direct into existing timber sub-frames, there is often no need for redecoration afterwards. A range of matching handles and peg-stays complete the period look and a multipoint locking system ensures that the windows not only look the part, but are secure as well.

Since 1978 Heritage has built an enviable reputation for quality and customer service, by focusing on bespoke UK manufacturing and using only directly employed craftsmen for its installations. The company has its own surveyors for pre- and post-installation checks and every project is managed under the ISO9001 QA standards to ensure customer expectations are more than met.

The result is a long list of satisfied clients who are only too happy to refer new customers.
