Perhaps better known for designing and manufacturing developer and self-build new homes, we’re also specialists in remodelling and extending existing property. Who Are

Originally established in 1995 to build Scandinavian style high efficiency homes for Scandia-Hus (the ATT part), our roots in construction go back over 80 years. Our heritage covers timber logging, milling, joinery manufacture, town planning, technical design, builder’s merchants, full on site construction, and many housing developments.
Today, literally thousands of families enjoy the comfort and security of living in Benfield ATT Homes, while our design and build facilities produces eco-buildings for education, healthcare, industrial, commercial, retail, and leisure sectors from our factory.
Under the stewardship of our chairman, Chartered Environmentalist Professor Dr. Michael Benfield, we are one of the UK’s leading exponents in the design and delivery of environmentally sustainable, economic, low energy buildings. We hold many certifications, qualifications and memberships, including Chartered Building Consultants, Chartered Surveyors, TRADA, ISO, IIP, etc.
