YEOMAN RAINGUARD – A LONG LASTING CHOICE

With over 30 years’ experience, a wealth of knowledge and rainwater systems available in GRP, Cast Iron, Aluminium, Copper and Zinc, Yeoman Rainguard has a suitable product for many different types of buildings and can offer a long term solution to most requirements. The wide choice of quality rainwater systems enables you to select a suitable product to fit your specific budget and individual project whether it is restoration, refurbishment or a listed building.

With budgets having to weather the storm of cutbacks, many organisations including schools, local authorities and housing associations are turning to cost effective, long lasting aluminium gutters and down pipes.

The Yeoman Aluminium XL range offers the latest in joint technology and huge advantages in speed of installation and is ideal for use on both property restoration projects and new build.

Yeoman Rainguard’s unrivalled list of services, including free no obligation site surveys and take-offs, design service including bespoke designs and fast delivery are proving to be a winning combination

SCHOOL ‘DELIGHTED’ WITH YEOMAN RAINGUARD

Applefields School in York which caters for pupils aged between 11 and 19 years old, who have a wide range of special needs, has transformed its appearance by replacing old and damaged plastic rainwater goods with Yeoman Rainguard Aluminium gutters and pipes.

“The previous plastic system was beyond its life and the guttering had become so brittle that it was breaking away,” said site manager Tony Cross.

The school has recently been extended and the new building was fitted with the Yeoman Rainguard Aluminium system, which is durable enough to withstand accidental scrapes and knocks that inevitably occur in a busy playground.

With an attractive black textured finish, the 150 x 100 MOG gutters and 100 x 75mm downpipes have created a smart, professional appearance. “We are absolutely delighted with the way it looks,” enthused Tony.

Although the XL Aluminium range is a firm favourite within the housing industry (whether it be new build, regeneration or refurbish), it’s range of designs allow it to be successfully incorporated on both traditional and modern buildings. Strong aesthetic qualities, ease of installation and value for money make it equally popular for many different applications such as schools, churches, supermarkets, offices and retail outlets.
